Terms & Conditions
- The VIRTUAL SEREMBAN HALF 2022 is organised by SEREMBAN HALF MARATHON SPORTS and it is open to everyone who has a valid address in Malaysia & Singapore.
- Participants have 58 days from 16 MAY 2022 to 12 JULY 2022 (11:59PM) to complete the run.
- Entries are non-transferable.
- All T-shirts measurement are subject to 1-2cm tolerance.
- All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from the illustration and are subject to change without notice.
- Submission of results must be submitted anytime before 12 JULY 2022 (11:59PM). If participants are unable to submit the result before 12 JULY 2022 (11:59PM), they will be considered disqualified and will not be entitled to any of the rewards. Therefore there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. All submission is to be uploaded onto the SEREMBAN HALF MARATHON website.
- For the 21KM Open & 10KM Open categories, submission of Running Record can be performed ONLY ONCE. Participants must ensure that the correct activity file/screenshot is uploaded correctly. The first submission received will be considered final, any additional submissions will not be eligible.
- You can run anywhere at any time during the running period. However the KM (distance) CANNOT be accumulated in multiple runs. You must complete your 21KM/10KM run in ONE (1) running activity.
- ONE running activity means the duration from the moment you hit start to the moment you hit stop on your device/running app. This includes stoplights, coffee breaks, bathroom stops, stopping for photos, etc. All stops, pause time, and resting time count as part of your run time.
- Once the participant’s registration is done, there will be NO refund even if participants are not able to participate due to whatever reason.
- Participants must be certified fit to participate in this event. The organiser SEREMBAN HALF MARATHON SPORTS shall not be liable for any accident, injuries, or mishap that happen in participating in the event.
- All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia and it is based on the current conversion rate of the day. The conversion rate is subject to currency fluctuation.
- Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete information about the Participants. The Organiser may contact the Participants time by e-mail or text message. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organiser shall be considered as received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current, or incomplete, or the Organiser has the right to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current, or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and fees will not be refunded.
- If there is a return of the parcel for whatever reason; upon request, the organizers will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by the participants.
- Any address changes after registration will incur additional charges.
- The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
- The organiser has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
